Update: System 3.0.0.4

Today we have released an update for DOMIQ/Base modules. The update includes the following changes:

1. Improved mechanism for sending commands to DMX-512 devices (faster commands execution).
2. Improved mechanism of sending configuration files and resources to DOMIQ/Remote app for Android.
3. Fixed bug in handling of commands sent to Serial-2SG and 4SG modules.
